Account Hibernation
We understand there can be long periods of downtime in between releases. Why pay for services you don't use or worse yet, cancel your account and have to re-register when there are new releases everytime? With Haulix, you can temporarily shut your account down at any time; what we call Account Hibernation. During Account Hibernation, your normal subscription fee is withheld. We charge a small $5 USD per month fee to store your data and back it up daily. You will continue to have access to your Watermarking Check Tool and all Reports throughout the Hibernation period. You can Un-Hibernate your account at any time with just a few clicks. All account features will be available instantly, the $5 fee goes away and your normal subscription fee is re-enabled.



One-Click Promo Access
We realize some of our fellow media contacts oppose digital promos versus receiving physical packages in the mail. Long promo account registration forms and login/passwords just add to the frustrations. To make the promo consumption process as smooth and easy as possible, we employ our One-Click Promo Access system. When you create your digital promo and mail out your email invitations, Haulix generates an intelligent link inside the email, that when clicked by your media contacts, will automatically register and log them in so that they can download your promo, automatically. With no registration or login pages, this system makes the promo download process as quick and painless as possible, so your contacts can spend less time consuming your promos and more time doing what they do best, writing about your artists!
