Haulix supports the .CSV file type for importing contacts. You can generate a custom registration form for new contacts or enter people one by one.

Promo access and downloading permissions can get set for multiple contacts at one time.

Creating digital promos with Haulix is only half of the equation. We also have a robust email invitation system. With a few steps, select one or more promos and the contacts you want to invite. Then, using our templating system, change the colors of the email, add the album cover art and even a band photograph, all with a few clicks. Haulix automatically generates the promo links per each email, mapping them to each contact you send out to. Hit the send button, sit back and relax.

The media contact experience is important to us. Your contacts don't have to remember a username and password to get in. They simply click the link in the email invitation you send them and Haulix securely signs them in behind the scenes.

We also realize there's a good chance multiple Haulix customers send promo invitations to the same contact/email address. Promo pages have an "Available Promos" link that takes a contact to a page with all promos listed for all Haulix customers that send to that contact's email address. Contacts can manage all promos on one screen. They can see which albums they have rated and hide albums they don't want to see in their list anymore.
